Here is to encourage my readers, especially the women folks to let that fire keep burning. My apologies, if my post focuses on the women folks... Sometimes it is just necessary. You know...Lol!

It is amazing how the obstacles, challenges and excuses increase by the day. For every success comes a series of failure and discouragement and the only way to keep on moving on, is to " Let them see your fire".  Let them see your passion. Let them see your interest, integrity, commitment to succeed and your delight to grow through each phase, knowing that you will only come out brighter.
