Hence the need for silence is important in our daily living. Silence can create an optimized state of mind. Here we need a bit of silence to focus and effectively answer this crucial questions one after the other. Questions Needing Answer s v What do you value? v What is that problem you desire a solution to? v What is that thing that gives you the greatest sense of satisfaction? v What is that tasks that when at it you feel important? v Have I led a good life? v Am I leading a purposeful life?

At the time, she was the envy of her friends and family, as she got the most attention, even without seeking for it. Little wonder, Famous Telema Davies called her “Sugar”.  When he first met her, indeed her charisma and personality was adorable enough to depict the sweet taste of sugar. Hence the comparison was without exaggeration. B ernice also had a great complexion that glowed in the sun and radiated with other climate conditions. Her words were soothing to the marrows and her gait like royalty. Her intellectual excellence embellished her stature and looks; hence some of her peers wondered what her beauty had got to do with an unbeatable

Now if you look at the picture below,this garden appear the way it is simply because someone or some people attended to it. If it is not cared for, you will find weeds and all manners of things in it. The question is how much time do you have for beautifying yourself inwardly and outwardly.  TEND it  A garden is what it is when it is well attended to.
