Forgiveness is key



In the race of life
Men will fail you
And men will raise you
And trade you for their goals

Never take it to heart
Never hold life so strong
When you hold life like an egg
It will hurt your heart when it breaks

Yet when it breaks
Hold the instance not for long
Hold it not to heart
Unforgiveness is a plant with great root

Never he that hurt you
Drive the ship of your life
Change your coast not
Harbour no more Unforgiveness
Like new wine let your breath
Breath again the goodness of life.

All I plead is that you forgive
And forgive and forgive
That you may travel light.
