The economy of Nigeria needs talented individuals to be self employed and employers of labour, as the labour market is too crowded with graduates, undergraduates and Masters degree holders queuing for unavailable jobs. This bold step is crucial now, considering the meltdown taking place in several organisations. 2016 is a promising & beautiful year but the present Nigerian economy holds a threat on people's jobs and financial status.
